 ½ cup Sweetened cocoa powder
 2 cups Milk
 1 cup Vegetable oil
 2 tsp Distilled vinegar
 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa.
